I am so grateful for Sebastian Hargreaves Head of Advertising and Annika Jeppson Head of Client Delivery at Sell Global.
The last 2 days in Sydney have been amazing.
In meetings I have found myself just observing and watching the two of them handle everything. Maybe even being a spare part (call me Harry).
They are working really hard as we bring on some new systems, new hires, new clients and other new services.
The trust is high, communication is flowing and the fun and laughs are also there.
They also push me in areas where they know I’ll add the most value. It means I raise my standards to keep up and do my part to the best of my ability.
Knowing I have two leaders who have my back is a special feeling.
I’m doing my best to get out of their way and support and trust them in the decisions they make. And they make very good ones.
While any small business is dynamic, and nothing is perfect, we are making progress every week…
