For our last Amazon Vendor Meet Up for the Year, we will be giving you the formula for what the most successful top vendors and sellers do, so you can copy them.

Given our clients are selling over $100 million per year on Amazon (mostly in Australia), we see a lot of what is working well for brands.

You may be doing some or all of these, but maybe not to the level required. 

We will run through the ‘Profitable Amazon Channel Growth Mode’ Model so you can reflect on 2025 and start planning for success in 2026 on the Amazon channel.|

At this mastermind we will dig into the detail on;

  • The one foundation you have to get right first to be able to put fuel behind your brand and products
  • The 7 other foundations that need to be rock solid to set you up for success.
  • Conversion components to optimise, plus the key competitiveness factors to sell more
  • The traffic engine to fire up and drive profitable sales. 
  • We will also share some smart ways to understand the Voice of Your Customer (VOC) utilising Amazon reviews for your products and your competitors.

This session will only take up 45 minutes leaving plenty of time for discussion.  

Here’s the flow of the event

4pm to 6pm

  • Introductions – who’s in the room, purpose and intent of the group.
  • 30-40 minute session on Amazon Channel Growth Mode.
  • Discussion : Your Growth Engine –  What’s a key challenge you’re facing with Amazon, and what help do you want? Get collective input from others in the group who have had this situation and what they did.
  • General networking for 30 minutes, or more, if everyone is having fun, allow for a bit more than 30 minutes.
  • Catering and beverages are provided.

We like to keep these groups small because the conversations are better.
