At this session, we’ll share statistically relevant, aggregated Amazon Ads benchmarking data from the Australian brands we manage, giving you a clear view of what actually drives performance and where to focus next.

You’ll be able to benchmark your own 2025 results against real market signals and use those insights to build a data-driven Q1 plan for 2026.

    • Introductions
      Who’s in the room, the purpose of the session, and how we’ll run the mastermind.

    • Core Session (30–40 minutes)
      Data-led insights covering Amazon Ads benchmarking, the 5 Levels of Amazon Ads, and the Q1 planning framework.

    • Mastermind Discussion
      Each brand shares a key Amazon challenge they’re facing. The group works through practical solutions based on real experience and proven approaches.

    • Networking
      Informal networking and continued discussion with the group.

Catering and beverages will be provided.

We like to keep these groups small because the conversations are better.
