What if we have multiple brands?
Our process allows for multiple brands. On the initial call we will discuss which are the priority brands to report back on.
What if I am not advertising on Amazon yet?
You may also be in a situation where you are not advertising, or advertising very little because you don’t really know what the best strategy is for you on Amazon. We work with Amazon Vendor Services with some support from Amazon Ads - what do you share that they don’t?
We get to review a lot of Amazon ads accounts that are in the exact situation. We are consistently surprised at how poor the ads structure is. Usually this is because Amazon is trying to do the least amount of work possible, rather than what you really need. At Sell Global we are on your side and our focus is about what is best for you, not Amazon.
What is a suitable Ad spend to do this review?
For this review to really useful a minimum of $5,000 per month. We have completed reviews with less as the brands were big, but didn’t have confidence in their strategy to invest more. But with the right strategy, then they were comfortable to invest more.
How far does the Amazon Ads Spotlight Review look back?
Amazon only provides granular base detail reports for the last 60 days. That is were we can go deep. If you have historic reports downloaded and saved, we may be able to access those. We also look at the lifetime details to see what has been happening at a higher level on the account, over time.
What access do you need to perform the review?
The limited time access required is to the Amazon Ads console. We sign an NDA and we respect your data and confidentiality. If you are really concerned about this, we can step you through the exact reports we require you to download. This will limit what we can do, but is a reasonable compromise if required.
Will you help us implement the recommendations from the review?
